I was raised in a family of musicians, and some of my favorite moments growing up were the family singalongs at grandma's house. I first picked up the guitar at the age of 12 and soon joined my dad and uncle in those family jam sessions. From 2011 to late 2017, I performed as lead vocalist and guitarist for a band that performed tribute shows featuring the music of John Denver, Jimmy Buffett and Johnny Cash. As part of that group I performed hundreds of shows in seven states across the Midwest, performing at state fairs, amphitheaters, historic opera house, wineries and more.
Today, I perform a solo acoustic show in venues throughout the region. I often do an all-request show where the audiences gets to call out their favorite tunes from a list of nearly 200 songs. I play music from a wide variety of genres and artists and love getting the audience involved in the show. Some of the artists I perform include: Tom Petty, Bruce Springsteen, James Taylor, Matchbox 20, Neil Young, Willie Nelson, Merle Haggard, and of course, John Denver, Johnny Cash, and Jimmy Buffett.
